SPIN INSTRUCTOR

Kimberly Lima is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with specialties in weightlifting and indoor spinning. She brings two years of focused expertise to her training programs, helping clients get stronger—physically and mentally. A Bermuda native, she combines resilience and adaptability, crafting workouts tailored to clients of all ages and abilities—always mindful of injuries, limitations and different fitness levels. 

In her spinning classes, Kimberly creates high-intensity sessions inspired by a mix of classic and modern high-energy music to keep members focused, motivated and challenged. She incorporates weights, core stability and push-ups, for a full body workout. 

Becoming a mother grounded Kimberly in powerful new ways. Motherhood reshaped her outlook on health, showing her the importance of strength, balance and consistency—not just for herself, but for those she coaches. Kim also believes true wellness comes from movement, mindset and real food. She encourages fueling the body with whole foods to support energy, strength, and recovery.

When she’s not coaching, Kimberly is exercising, hiking with Eli, cooking nourishing meals, or enjoying time outdoors— chasing her son!

Her “no excuses” approach is rooted in care, commitment and a belief that showing up—even on hard days—is what drives progress.
