At Waterfront Wellness, we believe that great nutrition can optimize your health in a powerful and meaningful way. As we kick off 2023, we’re offering everyone in our local community the support they need to get their nutrition on track with two weeks of healthy recipes and lifestyle tips. Most of the recipes are plant-based (you can add animal protein to several of them if you wish) and all are gluten/dairy free.
The kickstart doesn’t involve any formal classes, just email/whatsapp (optional) contact to keep people motivated through the two weeks. However, to get the most out of this opportunity, please join us for a one-off, introductory chat on Tuesday 3rd January at 6pm, in person at The Waterfront (door prizes!) or on Zoom. We have limited places in person. Once they are taken then the only option showing on the registration link will be Zoom. Thanks for your understanding!
Kickstart dates: After the intro, we begin properly on Wednesday 4th January, ending 18th January, 2023.
