An intensive for dancers designed to build strength, technique, flexibility and performance confidence.
Blending ballet foundations, Pilates, barre, yoga and dancer-specific conditioning, this camp helps to develop strong and confident performers. Each week also includes nutrition guidance, injury prevention education and mindset training to support long-term growth. Led by an expert coaching team, dancers will train in a focused, supportive and fun environment.

EXPERIENCED INSTRUCTORS:
JENNA ENGELBRECHT
Jenna has 20 years of classical ballet training, including experience with The Royal Ballet and training at White Lodge. Also a former scholar at the British Ballet Organization, she has performed in professional dance settings alongside companies including The Royal Ballet and The Australian Ballet, with experience performing in renowned venues such as The Royal Opera House and The Royal Albert Hall.
Alongside her dance training, Jenna also teaches Barre and Pilates, which allows her to bring strong technical knowledge, body awareness, patience and a positive teaching approach to every class. Known for her caring and encouraging nature, she has created a supportive environment where young dancers feel comfortable, confident and inspired to learn.
CATHERINE BURNS
Catherine is a Nutritional Therapist with over 20 years clinical experience, trained by the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London, UK. She has a long history of helping to educate children and teens through her work on summer camps, within schools and in private, one-to-one settings. For the dancers in this program, Catherine’s goal is to deliver an understanding of how incredibly powerful good nutrition can be as a differentiator for training and performance. Her focus will be on blood sugar balance (which impacts energy, mood, focus and hormone balance) whilst also discussing the importance of good fats and antioxidants (and their roles modulating inflammation.)
Catherine is a mom of three. She has two girls aged 18 and 15, and a new little guy aged 17 months!
