Nutrifit: High Protein Summer Challenge


Join Catherine for a flexible summer challenge designed to get you un-stuck!

28th July - September 5th 2025 (dietary changes begin after Cup Match)

This Nutrifit challenge is designed for women-only, who have been doing MORE of what used to work (exercise and dieting) but getting LESS results. We’ll focus on body composition improvements by balancing hormones naturally and understanding the biochemistry that impacts appetite. We’ll pack in fibre and protein in a wholesome way, ditching the sugars and refined carbs. To take part, you need to be ready for a serious three-week challenge window of diet/exercise modification so we can truly assess before and after results. We’ll use this to determine our next steps for further changes or maintenance. Get ready to see what your body can do!

Program includes:

  • 1hr Introductory nutrition seminar giving you guidelines around what to buy and prep for your three-week challenge.

  • Initial 30-minute private biometrics appointment: weight, percentage body fat, visceral fat, muscle mass, measurements. Goals explored and exercise recommendations given.

  • Three weeks of meal plans and recipes, including a lot of new options and content.

  • Flexible dietary guidelines for those who would like less structure and prep.

  • Six, 30-minute online nutrition video modules to give you complete understanding, that you can do any time.

  • Online nutrition hub for all module content, resources, personal biometrics, appointment notes and interactive food/lifestyle journal.

Dates:

Prep week:  Monday 28th – Weds 30th July

Introductory group seminar on Monday 28th July, 6-7pm at The Waterfront.  Receive your dietary guidelines and recipes. Shop and prep before Cup Match with a view to getting started afterwards!

“Before” Biometrics: 4th – 8th August

Private 30-minute appointment to record existing biometrics and discuss goals and exercise.

Challenge window: 9th – 31st August

Your opportunity to go for it! Stick to the guidelines as closely as possible. Journal your nutrition choices for Catherine to review. Watch the video modules (whenever suits you) to keep you motivated and understand our nutrition strategy.

“After” Biometrics:  2nd – 5th Sept
