Jenna's bio:
Jenna is a Behavioural Nutritionist who also teaches Barre and Pilates in support of a more wholesome diet and mental-health relationship. She has a calm, confident and gentle demeanour that will put you at ease. She is happiest when she is able to help others and is genuinely so nice!
While completing her BSc in Psychology she started to develop an interest in nutrition as it related to eating behaviour. It only made sense for her to follow this path and she successfully completed her MSc in Nutrition and Behaviour. Following additional studies in nutrition, Jenna was still searching for ways in which to combine behaviour and dietary intake. Voila! behavioural Nutrition became her focus and she is currently completing the only certified course in the world.
As a classically trained dancer with over 20 years experience (including training with The Royal Ballet in London) Jenna's Barre and Pilates classes have a unique approach. She aims to work with clients to establish better movement and healthy eating behaviours through her classes and consultations.
