At Waterfront Wellness, we believe that great nutrition can optimize your health in a powerful and meaningful way. As we kick off 2026, we’re offering everyone in our local community the support they need to get their nutrition on track with two weeks of healthy recipes and lifestyle tips. All of the recipes are gluten/dairy free with lots of edit options for vegetarian/vegan. Naturally, everything is Nutrifit-approved!
The kickstart doesn’t involve any formal classes, just email/whatsapp (optional) contact to keep people motivated through the two weeks. However, to get the most out of this opportunity, please join us for a one-off, introductory chat on Monday 12th January 2026 at 12.30pm, in person at The Waterfront (door prizes!) or on Zoom. We have limited places in person. Once they are taken then the only option showing on the registration link will be Zoom. Thanks for your understanding!
